MSG Promotions is one stroke ahead of the competition with Trifecta Technologies

Business Challenge

msg promotionsMSG knew that its Internet presence was lacking both the creative pizzazz to attract its audience as well as the technical functionality that could make its business processes streamlined and efficient.  The company was looking specifically for a web-based solution to assist its vendors in accessing hospitality information for the upcoming USGA U.S. Opens. The site would need to function in two ways: the first would be to provide the general public with up-to-date information on hospitality; the second would be to provide current clients with information personalized and exclusive to each one.

Solution
Trifecta’s solution was a custom website using Photoshop, Flash, HTML, CSS and other web design tools incorporating photography along with content.  The site is well-structured and user-friendly with easy navigation throughout its pages.

Using Java programming technology, the client-exclusive area was designed and built, offering password-protected access to information pertinent to each client. Additionally, using Java, a personalized Admin area was designed and built allowing employees of MSG to manage the content on all the client pages by allowing them to upload documents, icons and descriptions that will build customized pages.

The Results
The new web site has exceeded all of MSG’s expectations. Trifecta successfully delivered an attractive new Internet presence along with a way to exhibit exclusive hospitality information for MSG’s client base and a tool that will assist in managing and coordinating hospitality information for its events in the future.
