Our highly secure data center infrastructure can maintain your critical business applications 24X7. Our facility is located in Allentown, PA, centrally located between Philadelphia and New York City.
- Physical Security: Two levels of proximity badge readers are used to ensure that only those with authorized access enter the Trifecta data center. The data center is located in the center of our building for added protection. A combination of fire and water sensors is used to notify our 24X7 monitoring center in the event of an emergency.
- Power: In the event of a power outage, Trifecta's data center is powered by a state-of-the-art APC UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply). If the power outage lasts for more than a few seconds, an on-site natural gas generator will provide auxiliary power. The data center can run indefinitely on the generator. All cut-overs between line power, the UPS, and the generator are automatic. The generator is regularly tested to ensure that it will function in the event of an emergency.
- Environment: Trifecta's data center is meticulously clean. Two redundant air conditioning systems maintain constant temperature and humidity levels. All servers are mounted in enclosed APC cabinets using either standard mounting rails or shelves. A hot/cold aisle configuration is used to ensure that only cold air reaches the server intakes.
- Connectivity: Redundant fiber ring connectivity to the Internet provides the necessary bandwidth for Trifecta's hosted clients. Separate telecommunications providers are utilized to ensure that the internet connection is always available. Bandwidth is controlled and dedicated to each server using our PacketShaper traffic shaping device. Excess bandwidth capacity is always reserved to allow us to accommodate large spikes in our client's website traffic.
- Managed Services: Trifecta provides a variety of managed services, each of which are custom tailored to meet the customer's specific needs. Database size management, WebSphere Commerce application maintenance, 24X7 monitoring, and off-site backups are all examples of services that Trifecta provides.
- Network Uptime Guarantee: Trifecta guarantee's that its hosting network will be available 99.9% of the time in a given month, excluding scheduled maintenance.
