In this role, Graz will be responsible for driving growth by executing our business development plan, identifying prospects, and leveraging partner connections. He will lead, mentor, and manage our sales team, as well as collaborate with Trifecta’s marketing and delivery teams. Graz has more than 26 years of experience in selling digital solutions, specializing in Salesforce Commerce Cloud as well as B2B, B2C, and B2B2C eCommerce. Having served as a Tank Platoon Commander in the United States Marine Corps, Graz values integrity above everything else. This mentality has carried over to his professional career and has been a key driver in his success.

“It’s my privilege to join Trifecta, as the new VP of Sales. I’ve found that Trifecta has an amazing company culture, as evidenced by the longevity of the staff,” Graz said. “I’m looking forward to developing and executing strategies for growth, while also exploring new and better ways for our sales and client partner teams to collaborate with other Trifecta departments to drive growth.”

Graz is in the process of relocating to Florida with his wife. His two sons are both college students, studying at Texas A&M University and Texas Tech University. Graz is an avid scuba diver, a skill he first learned while stationed in Okinawa. He is a certified Rescue Diver and is close to completing his Master Scuba Driver certification. His favorite diving destination is Cozumel.

VitalyKrasny-Headshot-filterVitaly Krasny joins Trifecta as our new Vice President of Solutions Delivery. In this role, he will be responsible for leading and managing Trifecta’s service delivery strategy and operations. He will develop and manage our delivery teams, as well as our solutions offerings, to align with client and industry needs. Vitaly has been working in the eCommerce space with B2B and B2C clients since 2004. In addition to his expertise in commerce, Vitaly also has specialty knowledge of the systems that plug into commerce to create an omni-channel experience. He has spent most of his career leading PMO and Account Management practices. Vitaly believes that much of his success as a team lead has come from focusing on the basics, fully understanding issues before reacting, and a laser focus on doing the right thing for clients.

“This role is particularly exciting for me because I already feel in sync with Trifecta’s leadership team,” Vitaly said. “I look forward to helping Trifecta continue to lead the charge in commerce solutions, scale our unique capabilities, and enable clients to leverage the power of the Salesforce Platform to transform their business.”

Vitaly resides in Texas with his wife, who was his high-school sweetheart, and their three children. In his spare time, he enjoys smoking meats, playing guitar, and practicing Krav Maga, an Israeli martial art form.
