Custom Salesforce Client Survey

Customer satisfaction surveys are essential for Toll Brothers. They used to be conducted over the phone; with help from Trifecta, they’re now automated and online.

Toll Brothers’ biggest challenge was their manual process for receiving customer feedback surveys. The process was both inefficient and time consuming. Employees had no way to track settlement closings, which led to delays, and their reporting capabilities were extremely outdated.

Our Approach

We completely automated the customer survey process by building a custom solution in Salesforce that would trigger time actions to notify employees when a settlement has closed and when a survey should be sent out.

We built a custom HTML template in Salesforce, which integrated with their proprietary database.


The Toll Brothers’ surveying process is now modernized, reducing inefficiencies. Their reps spend less time calling customers to collect survey responses. 

They now have a solid foundation on which to build their brand.
