Trifecta Technologies, a provider of innovative Salesforce solutions, is proud to announce the strategic hire of John Rago. Rago joins Trifecta in the role of Chief Operating Officer.
In this role, Rago will be responsible for integrating the major operating functions of the business to execute Trifecta’s strategic plan. He will leverage his technical and industry expertise to evaluate opportunities, better define go-to-market strategies, and drive growth. This key addition to Trifecta’s leadership team aligns with Trifecta’s focus on bringing transformational Salesforce solutions to manufacturing, distribution, and retail industries.
“Over the course of his career, John has established himself as a proven leader in the Salesforce ecosystem. He has specialized in scaling consulting organizations and consultative selling, and I am confident this expertise will translate to significant growth for Trifecta,” said Doug Pelletier, President of Trifecta Technologies. “John is also a great cultural fit for our organization. John’s innate enthusiasm and ability to motivate others will – no doubt – serve as an inspiration for our already immensely talented staff. I believe Trifecta will thrive under John’s leadership, and I am thrilled to have him on board.”

Rago most recently served as President of Rainmaker Cloud, a leader in cloud technology enablement helping clients transform their businesses through the optimum application of key platforms including Salesforce, Amazon Web Services, Google Apps, and various SaaS solutions. At Rainmaker, Rago’s focus was on driving sustainable growth while providing a superior employee experience.

“I am extremely excited to join Trifecta, and I look forward to building on the great employee culture and long history of delivering innovative solutions to our clients,” Rago said. “The Salesforce ecosystem has evolved, and Trifecta is well positioned to pivot to a more industry-forward strategy while continuing to deliver truly transformative technology solutions.”

Other recent positions Rago has held include his role as Managing Director, Growth & Strategy with Capgemini Invent, formerly LiquidHub, (New York, NY), an American multinational corporation focused on helping customers attract, acquire and retain customers through enhanced engagement. At Capgemini Invent, Rago led all aspects of the firm’s Salesforce practice, delivering high performance go-to-market strategies, and managing the sales and client relationship, building those into high-value accounts. John has also served prominent technology companies such as Appirio, Silverline, and Perficient.

Rago’s technical acumen extends over many platforms ranging from Salesforce to Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, and other cloud platforms.

Rago holds a Bachelor of Arts, Environmental Science from Lehigh University. He resides in Belle Terre, NY.
Trifecta and Threekit’s Accelerator Program effectively transforms the customer experience through proven technology, compelling imagery, and increased consumer engagement.

“3D asset visualization and augmented reality are key to educating, engaging, and converting B2B buyers today. No one understands this quite like Threekit, which is why we’re so excited about this partnership,” John Rago, Chief Operating Officer at Trifecta Technologies, said. “Uniting Threekit’s connector technology with Trifecta’s commerce expertise and pre-designed accelerators creates tremendous opportunity for rapid ROI.”

Trifecta’s Rapid Start Program, with Trifecta and Threekit’s Accelerator, follows a proven methodology to achieve a fully functional eCommerce storefront with highly configurable products. It includes discovery, consulting, and implementation services from Trifecta, starting at $49,500 and launching in seven weeks. Current Salesforce B2B Commerce customers can add the Accelerator to an existing implementation within one week for as little as $8,500. Both variations of the program include three months of free software licensing, with an average value of $8,000, from Threekit.

“Through our Rapid Start Program and now the Trifecta and Threekit Accelerator Program, we have minimized barriers to entry, making it easy for companies to get started with Salesforce B2B Commerce,” Kendra Hollinger, VP of Strategy, Sales, and Marketing at Trifecta Technologies, said. “In as little as 5-7 weeks, our team will produce amazing content that will drive confidence, conversion, and operational efficiency.”
