Tuesday, October 6 is arrival and check-in, followed by a welcome boat cruise with dinner and drinks. Wednesday, October 7 includes an optional morning golf outing, speaker sessions and discussions on AI, data, and innovation throughout the day, and the hackathon. We’ll end the day with dinner at The Woods. Thursday, October 8 has morning sessions and networking before afternoon departures.

When should I plan to arrive and depart?

Plan to fly into PBI the morning of October 6 and depart late afternoon or evening on October 8, so you can be present for the full arc of the summit, including the evening events on both October 6 and October 7.

No, it’s optional. It takes place the morning of October 7 at Jonathan’s Landing Old Trail Golf Club, and Thursday morning is held as a weather contingency in case golf needs to be rescheduled.
