Trifecta’s Stripe Billing Launchpad for Salesforce

Published September 2, 2026

Dreamforce is right around the corner and I will be attending and am looking forward to showing off some really interesting stuff the team at Trifecta has been working on for Stripe and Salesforce.

One of the biggest pain points we hear from our customers is that their payments / cash collections processes break down after the sale. They may have a self-service commerce site or streamlined sales process that is good about getting that initial sale into the system, but when it comes time to bill it falls apart. They often spend time:

  • Chasing down physical check payments from customers
  • Correcting / reconciling data issues among various systems
  • Handling customer inquiries about bills
  • And, more…

All of this leads to lost and/or delayed revenue, significant lost time, and unsatisfied customers.

Trifecta’s Stripe Billing Launchpad brings together Stripe Billing and Salesforce to eliminate the gaps, the errors, and the delays. Built on top of Stripe’s own Stripe App for Salesforce, all the difficulties of integration go away and it puts your billing and payments data right next to your customer data in a seamless way.

Trifecta’s Stripe Billing Launchpad comes with a self-service portal that allows your customers to log in and manage their payment methods, view information about their invoices, and even start and make changes to subscriptions.

Additionally, the Launchpad has a full set of functionality to allow your employees (CSRs, reps, etc.) to send quotes to customers for one-time and subscription payments, manage subscriptions, and even add credit card payment methods (mail order telephone order, MOTO), if desired. All of this is PCI compliant, with no PCI credit card or bank account information stored in Salesforce, so you don’t have to worry about your customers data.

Let’s look at some common use cases.

Sales Rep Generates and Sends a Quote

A typical workflow that we see is that a sales rep starts out with a Salesforce Quote they are working for an Opportunity they have with a customer. They are able to build different quotes and when they have one they want to send to a customer for payment they can do that with the click of a button. Our Launchpad supports quotes that have subscription products and one-time purchase products so that your reps can configure quotes in any way they need to so that they can make your customers happy. Below you can see a Salesforce Quote that is a maintenance plan bundle that has a mix of one-time purchase items and a subscription that will be started upon the initial payment.

Our Launchpad also includes a rep guidance widget that automatically refreshes, with dynamic information, as the Quote moves along to assist the rep in making the sale.

Customer Service Manages an Account

As I said before, often the data related to billing, subscriptions, and payments lives in various systems leading to swivel-chair experiences for your employees and fragmented, inconsistent data. Trifecta’s Stripe Billing Launchpad solves those problems by providing a single place your employees can easily see all of that data. Below is the record that holds all of the relevant Stripe information that is connected to a Salesforce Account.

As you can see, CSRs can see subscriptions, invoices, payment methods, charges, and more. Additionally, they can take actions on behalf of customers such as making a payment, creating a payment method, and managing a subscription, to name a few. This empowers your employees to be able to better server your customers, but what’s really cool is the self-service portion of our Launchpad. It allows your customers to do all of this themselves, without ever needing to contact your customer service.

Customer Self-Service

Our self-service portal is built on top of a Digital Experience in Salesforce. It can be added into an existing Digital Experience or be set up as a standalone Digital Experience site. The layout and look and feel are 100% customizable. Below is an example, but it can be tailored to meet whatever your UI/UX standards are and we have a great team of UI/UX experts that can help you, if need be.

Here’s a peak at just a bit of the functionality related to subscriptions that is available to portal users. This shows a customer self-servicing their subscription by upgrading to a higher tier.

What’s nice about this is that our Launchpad is very flexible and extremely extensible to be able to put in your business specific logic. For example, in this scenario we have a rule that customers may only upgrade their subscription and never downgrade. For that, they need to contact someone.

One last thing I’ll say about our Launchpad, is that since it is built on a Digital Experience on Salesforce, it can start out as a place for customers to handle their payments and billing and grow into much more of a customer hub with knowledgebase access, case management, and more.

Let’s Talk at Dreamforce

I will be at the Stripe booth between 3 and 4pm on Wednesday 9/16 at Dreamforce, giving live demonstrations of our Stripe Billing Launchpad, so come by and I’ll give you a personal demo. If you can’t make that time, reach out and we can set something up and also see more about the launchpad here. I hope to see you soon!
