Trifecta is proud to announce several strategic promotions in support of our mission to create customer-centric commerce solutions across the Salesforce Customer Success Platform.
The strategic restructuring of our organization will allow for optimization of Trifecta’s operations, allowing us to better serve our clients and drive continued growth.

Vitaly Krasny – Chief Operating Officer
Vitaly Krasny has been elevated to the role Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Vitaly will be responsible for integrating the major operating functions of the business to execute Trifecta’s overall corporate strategic plan, drive performance and solution offerings, and accelerate growth.

Melissa Bosch – Chief Financial Officer
Melissa Bosch has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. As such, Melissa will lead and manage Trifecta’s financials, analyzing and utilizing financial data to make strategic operational decisions with the leadership team. She will oversee our HR department, including managing Trifecta’s hiring process, payroll, and benefits administration. Melissa joined Trifecta in 2008. She previously served as Trifecta’s Vice President of HR and Business Administration.
Matt Frankenfield – Senior VP of Business Operations
Matt Frankenfield has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Business Operations. In his role, Matt will be responsible for project resourcing, partnerships, and managing Trifecta’s IT needs, as well as those of our clients. Matt has been with Trifecta for nearly 20 years, starting with our firm in 2003 as a Senior Systems Administrator. He most recently served Trifecta as our Vice President of IT over the last three years.
Scott Geosits – Senior Director of Salesforce Delivery
Scott Geosits has been promoted to the Senior Director of Salesforce Delivery. He will lead our Salesforce implementation engagements, assist in analyzing and optimizing our delivery, oversee our Salesforce Architects, and mentor our Salesforce consultant team. Scott has been with Trifecta for more than six years total, and previously served as Principal Enterprise Architect.
Shannon Laury – Senior Director of Client Partnership
Shannon Laury has been promoted to the Senior Director of Client Partnership. She will lead and mentor Trifecta’s Client Partner team in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Trifecta’s Client Partners are responsible for managing and growing our client accounts, serving as a main point of contact and escalation, and ensuring successful project delivery. Shannon has been part of Trifecta’s team since 2012, and most recently served as our Client Partner Manager.
Jason App – Director of Salesforce Development
Jason App has been promoted to the Director of Salesforce Development. He will build and lead Trifecta’s team of Salesforce Developers and lead the design of Salesforce solutions for our clients. Jason joined Trifecta in 2004 and previously served as Principal Development Lead.
