Madison Energy Infrastructure needed a full, initial implementation and setup of Data Cloud with a Snowflake integration.
Madison Energy Infrastructure operates a number of solar arrays across the country which garner financial, geographical, and power generation data. These data points are stored in Snowflake, which need to be integrated into Data Cloud. This integration will allow their team to activate the data from Snowflake across the Salesforce ecosystem and customer portal.
Trifecta worked with Madison Energy Infrastructure to implement Data Cloud, as well as build the connection between Data Cloud and Snowflake.
After setting up Data Cloud, Trifecta created the connection to Snowflake by leveraging the built-in connector. The scalable data architecture was built by setting up the data streams that connect to Snowflake, then creating several Data Model Objects (DMOs) that are mapped to the appropriate data streams.
Trifecta then created a new section for insights in the customer portal. This took data from Data Cloud and clearly displays it for customers in dynamic visualizations like charts and graphs.
