Last week, Salesforce presented Dreamforce 2021, their annual technology conference. This year’s Dreamforce was a hybrid model, taking place both live in California and broadcast virtually across the globe.

We saw countless stories of customer success highlighted in this year’s Dreamforce. One of our proudest moments was seeing some of Trifecta’s clients highlighted on the Dreamforce stage and through Salesforce marketing materials. Our partnerships with AMMEX and Gemline were featured as stellar examples of innovation leveraging the B2B Commerce product.

There were dozens of presentations featuring digital strategies across products and industries. There are so many ways digitalization is enabling us to better collaborate and serve our customers, but without a personal touch, we are missing a key element to success. Digital tools help us work smarter but unifying them across one platform using Salesforce CDP enables us to better analyze data so we can enrich customer profiles, better segment our audiences, design more effective CTAs, and personalize each interaction.

For a second year in a row, Dreamforce was (mostly!) virtual, but that didn’t stop the innovation, relationship-building, and excitement for which the technology conference is known. With Salesforce leading the way, we have pivoted, whether we’re redefining the way we work via a digital headquarters like Slack, growing our expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem by leveraging Trailhead resources, or hosting virtual events to better engage with our colleagues, partners, and clients. Trifecta’s team hosted two virtual events this year: a coffee tasting experience and a mixology class. They were a fun way to kick off (and wrap up) a conference that was jam-packed with quality content!
