Salesforce determines specialty areas and levels by evaluating metrics such as staff credentials, completed implementation projects, and customer satisfaction scores compiled from a post-launch customer survey from Salesforce. Clients and prospects can then search for consulting partners like Trifecta by filtering for Industry/Salesforce expertise on the AppExchange.
